How does your consignment program work?
Step 1: Please email a brief inventory list including the original retail value of each item.
Step 2: In the same email, advise if you'd like 40% via etransfer, or 50% store credit. Payouts/store credits are issued once a month, after something sells.
Step 3: I'll be in touch to arrange pickup or drop-off.
***Important please read***
-Each item needs to have an original retail price of $40 or higher to make it worth it for both of us.
-Items that are in season only please, otherwise it's not likely to sell. Overalls, jumpsuits, rompers, vintage, rain gear, Aritzia, Lululemon (and similar), and MEC (and similar) are all hot ticket items currently.
-20 items max at this time.
-Everything must be washed or dry-cleaned prior, especially outerwear and footwear. Like new condition only- no stains or tears.
-You can have your items back back at any time.
If you have clothing that you'd like to give to Loved & Local instead of consigning, this will help cover operating costs, and also gives the Artisans a bigger piece of the pie. From what I've seen most retailers give Artisans around 50-60%, whereas L&L gives 75%. Please separate and label consignment from giveaways.
